UPDATE: I get a call today to let me know that they will be charging an addition $200+ because insurance “conveniently” didn't cover it. This comes a full TWO months after our procedure and “conveniently” after I left this review. Since they have decided to do this I will now be pursuing reporting Dr Trevino’s practice to the state. They are now flat out lying saying we aren't patients. Don't worry, all records will be sent to the state. Our littles have been patients of Dr.Trevino and her awesome staff since 2017. They are always very attentive, professional and kind. Our children like going to her office for their checkups! Dr. Trevino has always called us back the same day when we’ve had questions or concerns. 10 out of 10 ! Highly recommend!

My son has been here since he was about 2 years old. He is now 16. I’ve always had a wonderful experience coming here compared to the other reviews I’ve read. Dr. Trevino is great. The staff is friendly and they always answer any questions I’ve had.

Nearly EIGHTY 1-star reviews. Do not take your kids here!! It is clear this practice doesn't listen to its clients and never changes. The staff is insulting, and Dr. Trevino mocked me when I questioned her about what was said to my daughter during our November visit. My kids are now scared of the dentist because of this practice. When we started at a new dentist's office, I was shocked to discover how much we had overpaid, and the new dentist found several mistakes.

About two months after our visit, I received a call saying we owed an additional $200+ because insurance “didn’t cover it.” When I calmly asked questions about why this was just now coming up, the tone immediately shifted and I was told it would be sent to collections. The defensiveness was surprising for someone simply asking for clarification. After our last visit, I had another pediatric dentist look at the work that had been done.
