I went with my husband for his hearing aid fitting today. Dr Polizzano (the audiologist) was amazing. She was so patient and knowledgeable. The office is also lovely and they took us on time.

Boy do I hate leaving negative reviews after a year of using Cornerstone. To start my primary care left this practice, massive red flag, doctors typically dont leave practices unless it's incredibly bad. I rescheduled for a well visit with a doctor who "has great reviews" according to the scheduler. The well visit was over in about a minute and a half, no real physical performed, tried to talk about lingering symptoms, rebuffed and given a blank referral with no referring doctor (which now no other office will take because multiple sections were left blank). Told to wait for blood work and had to leave after waiting two hours. Now I cannot reschedule for any other time but between 11 am to 3pm Monday-Thursday, because the practice is fully booked for every Friday into eternity and they

I don’t hate how this place when to take part the karneche experience. It sound cool to have a place for when your child is born they focus on anatomy and where you came from from the pictures. For 12 years an observer could sit there and take pic on eyes, ear , lips , torso, nose , feet , hair type , skin & teeth to allow to know where you originated from. Allowing technicians that do feet , hands & eyebrows along with laser hair removal to take you bill/insurance.

The male doctor is quite rude and does not provide a sense of care at all. He answers your questions as quickly as possible and leaves without giving you a chance to ask follow-up questions. I eventually went to another doctor and now feel well taken care of, as one should with their doctor.

The wait times to get appointments are incredibly long, often leaving me waiting weeks to just been seen. Making it difficult to get the care I need quickly. The paperwork requests and physical fill outs process is absurdly excessive, requiring me to keep calling them to get updates or reminding them, wasting valuable time.
