I do love our primary care physician. He seems to genuinely care about my family. However, the reception and admin teams seem to constantly make things more difficult than they need to be.

Dr Fernandez was so compassionate, made my anxious six year old feel right at ease. The entire staff was very kind. Wonderful experience. Happy to say this is our new provider.

On my second rescheduled appointment with this practice. I showed up 15 minutes early only to be told that a whole family of 8 people ahead of my appointment. An exception was made and as a result, I’m last in line and will begin my appointment 45 minutes late. This is all while I’m waiting to return to work. The receptionist came and apologized profusely but next time they need to notify patients ahead of time, and if that is not possible then refugees can wait 40 minutes like I did to have their appointment.

Great office. Quality care. Only complaint is I can get some of my scripts ( not controled substance or anything like that) for some reason reason. Can't afford out of pocket as the suggested.

This is a great place for a primary care. The doctors are very helpful and are open to helping you with whatever it is that you may have issues. They are very flexible for appointments and knowledgeable. I would recommend Cornerstone Family Health Care to anyone who asked.
