Dr. Gillihan was both compassionate and genuinely concerned about my health and breathing problems I’ve suffered with for years. He did great with my surgery and his office followed up the day after to see how I was doing. They were all very compassionate and thorough making sure I understood my post op care. The office staff, assistants, and Dr. Gillihan have been very caring and professional through my entire experience and I would highly recommend them.

Where to begin...? If I could rank it lower than one star I would. I first came to Cornerstone almost 5 years ago to get tested for allergies and congestion. I saw the same provider for all of my visits. After completing my allergy test, the provider recommended that I start allergy drops/shots and they even prescribed me an epi-pen to keep at home in case the drops made me flare up. I elected for the drops (which is a cash service...shocker). After the 8 months I hadn't seen any improvement so I elected to stop paying $200/month to order them. That's not the bad part... They told me to do sinus rinses twice a day, use 2 sprays of flonase in each nostril twice per day AND 2 sprays of Azelastine 2x per day in each nostril. 8 sprays of antihistamines for "allergy issues" per day... and rec

Dr. McClelland was not only proactive with a double ear infection I’ve been suffering through for 2 weeks but he was patient and empathetic. I left his office with a new treatment plan that seems to be working, a follow up appointment and next steps should I need them to restore my hearing. I highly recommend this practice and will go to them for any future ENT issues my family has.

Dr William McClelland is wonderful but the staff isn’t pleasant. When I call to speak to billing it was pulling teeth and they don’t seem to want to be bothered and pass you onto someone else. Also they sent my husband home WITHOUT a at home kit after his sinus surgery. We had to ask, nothing was handed to us. Seems like they are quick to get you to do procedures but in regards to billing, after care and any follow up questions…. Good luck.

Dr. McClelland is absolutely the best! Clearly knowledgeable and experienced in the problem I was having. He was also very complete in his diagnosis and treatment plan not leaving anything to chance. My deviated septum was corrected and my breathing is 100% better. Thank you!
