Corewell Health Urgent Care - Haggerty Square

We were in from out of town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were treated by the NP and she was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind to my little one that wasn’t feeling well. Made her feel safe and comfortable my little one gave her a big hug when we were done. Thank you

Quick check in and didn’t wait long but not many people were there anyways. The nurses were friendly. I could tell that the doctor(Kyle) wanted to rush through my appointment so he could get back to the football game on the tv. (Only one or two other patients from what I could tell & I could hear the tv through the wall) when I had to go to the ER after this visit, the doctors told me I was severely under dosed on the meds they gave me. Quick visit with very little results.

Everyone was nice from the front desk - the nurse - the provider. When the provider, Kyle, came into the room, he took time with me and answered all of my questions. I appreciate the care I was given. It was quick and the recptionist wished me a great day (I saw her do that to everyone who left). Thanks for good service.

Convenient location, was in and out within 2 hours as a walk-in. Pretty standard urgent care experience overall, but I wanted to shout out the front desk staff. There was another patient in the lobby who had booked an appointment and become very frustrated upon learning there was a wait and she couldn’t be seen right at her appointment time. She was rude, raised her voice, and walked out, but the staff maintained the utmost professionalism. They were very polite and patient with her, even though she did not show them the same courtesy.

I will never go there again. I highly don’t recommend. The girl at the front desk was amazing. But I went in because I slipped on ice and hurt my foot, they did X-rays but it was pretty unprofessional in my opinion and I have experience in healthcare. I felt that I was just being brushed off. My pain was a 7 and was told that ibuprofen would be good. My after visit summary was basically empty with only my vitals. Overall just a really bad experience, the people were nice but when I’m seeking medical care nice isn’t all that I care about.
