Corewell Health Urgent Care - Farmington Hills

I had another very positive experience at Corewell Urgent Care. The check-in process was quick and easy, and my wait time was very short. The staff was professional, helpful, and extremely accommodating throughout my visit. This was my second time coming here, and once again, I was very impressed with the level of care and efficiency. It is definitely my preferred urgent care when I am in need of prompt, reliable medical attention. Highly recommend!

They took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The care I received was efficient and compassionate. Absolutely 💯 love this Urgent Care. The Receptionist is very nice, no problems. Clean facility, Staff is courteous and yhe NP was professional. I highly recommend set appointments online, but walk in is acceptable.

I liked the online registration. I was called in within 15 min of my appointment. The medical staff was very friendly and professional and the physician I saw was very knowledgeable and listened to my issue. I didn't feel hurried at all and was glad to have this facility close to my home instead of waiting days for a doctor office appointment or wasting valuable time in an ER which I really didn't need. This center was perfect for my trauma.

The sense of urgency for a back injury wasn't urgent at all. EVERYONE was moving at a snails pace with myself and 2 people ahead of me. I couldn't walk and asked if they could get me a wheelchair as my 73 yr old mother was trying to help me. Before they brought the wheelchair out I was sitting for at least 45mins in a very uncomfortable seat, for him to just look at me. I asked him if he was able to assist me into the wheelchair and he just looked like I was such a bother. Waited another 25-30 mins in the back before being seen by the "Doctor" she was a mess babe. As a Corewell employee I try to have faith but I should've just went to the ER to be seen and treated. No scans, just muscle relaxer, a steroid shot (which was given in the fatty tissue of my butt and NOT the muscle) and sent on
