If I couid give 0 stars I would. I’ve sat in this hallways for 6 hours. I was told 2 hours ago they’d come take this IV out of my arm and give me a summary 2 hours ago. I’m still sitting here. There’s barely any patients here. They just want money. Ran 2 EKGs to get the same results. Every test was normal. If everything is normal why am I waiting hours for a “summary”. I’m still sitting here…..

What a breath of Fresh Air Nurse Reema, N.P Hussian and the rest of night staff were. I came in to Taylor ER after the Orthopedic clinic next door sent me here for a 2nd opinion. I was in a lot of pain from the pressure from my leg cast and needed relief. They not only provided a fix, but they were incredibly kind and patient. This was the first positive ER experience since my accident in August. I guess you do find great things in the most unsuspecting places. Thanks Doc for treating me with dignity and not a drug seeker. The kindness you showed will not be forgotten. I'm so thankful to finally get pain relief. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

I was sent to this ER by a nurse practitioner at urgent care, with concerns of pyelonephritis or kidney stones. I arrived at the er and was told twice by clinicians really, they sent you here for a uti? My provider and the intake nurse. I am a nurse myself and I know how to treat patients appropriately. My worsening pain complaints were ignored x4, which i raised to 3 clinicians and my provider. My provider laid a hand on me to press on my back, less than 5 seconds, in 1 position. This was the extent of any assesment completed. They discharged me after giving me bactrim, a motrin, and only 650mg Tylenol. They diagnosed me with a uti despite having low bacteria count. And made no attempt for further investigation. I was still having 7/10 pain levels. I wasnt even offered pyridium, I had to

Honestly would not recommend. You can tell them 100 times why you came in and you’ll just be stuck in a chair in the hallway for hours upon hours with no room or help. They’ll give you fluids and treat your symptoms not the real emergency. No privacy and poor communication. Took my blood pressure and it was kind of high I didn’t know until about a week later when I went over discharge paperwork nobody there let me know my blood pressure was high. Gave me an ultrasound and I had to ask to see the screen only to get a flash. No pictures but somehow they sent it to my OB? 🤔 now the OB won’t do one because the hospital did a half assed one. I came here per my pcp’s recommendation, on my sixth day of vomiting and not being able to hold food or water. I was severely dehydrated and getting muscle cramps from low potassium. They didn’t give me any IV fluids, took no bloodwork, and wouldn’t touch me until I gave a urine sample. Which was basically impossible… since I was dehydrated. They have paper lawn bags for trash bins…
