Core Conditioning

THIS is how physical therapy should be done! The entire staff, from the front desk to the PT aides, to the trainers, Pilates instructors, and of course the physical therapists are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable! They use evidence-based methods combined with innovative techniques to provide a holistic service. The owners, Ally and Gabrielle are extraordinary PT's that will check in and follow up with you to make sure you're improving and to adjust their treatments as you progress with your injury. I personally had a neck/shoulder that immediately started feeling better after the first session. This is very much a hands-on clinic, unlike many PT's that sit you in a corner to do exercises alone and then come back to check on you. Special thanks to Lorena, another great Core

I was referred here by a friend who uses it primarily for personal training. I needed PT post prophylactic bilateral mastectomy and was really not looking forward to driving from The Valley to Beverly Hills or Santa Monica where my MD was going to refer me. I love this place so much. From day one it has really just been the best. I happen to work primarily with Ally and Megan, because they have expertise in the areas I need, but the vibe and employees are just so relaxed and awesome. I am hoping to do private training as well after my next surgery so I can get back in shape and make some muscles! Let me just say that Ally and Megan are phenomenal. The manager and owner put themselves first before the patient's comfort. When I arrived for my first visit on a hot day, the a/c was not on. Vanessa the manager said she wasn't hot when I asked for a fan in the treatment room. The gym smelled and people were complaining how warm it was. I asked 3 times to put the a/c on until they finally put it ion. There are many inconsistencies when you speak to different staff members about your treatment. The owner was very unprofessional when I spoke to her about my concerns about her staff and she replied she's not going to babysit them.

HIGHLY recommend this facility. Basically all of my family members have gone to Core Conditioning for some sort of injury. All the physical therapists are excellent, well trained and highly effective. Whether it be for adolescent sport injuries, chronic pain problems or an acute injury- this is the place to go. There are times when it is difficult to get an appointment, but it is well worth the wait!

BEST PT EVER!!! My husband was treated here for his neck pain after a car accident. Before we found Core Conditioning he was in constant pain for four years (despite pain medication, chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage therapy, and acupuncture treatment elsewhere). In one visit at Core Conditioning he got complete relief from his pain. Everyone here is awesome!!!
