I went to visit our family friend, and from the front desk to the several staff members we came in contact with, everyone was very pleasant and professional. The facility is well kept and clean, and I can tell that the entire staff takes pride in working with the patients and show genuine concern in their time of need. Keep up the great work!!!

Run don’t walk! My family and I checked google reviews before we chose this place and didn’t learn until afterwards that their own employees are posting some of these 5 star reviews so please don’t be fooled. Visit before you chose. The lack of care in this facility is SAD!. My mother sat in her urine for hours at a time which will explain why it smells of urine throughout the building. My mother was told to utilize her adult diaper to use the bathroom when asking for assistance to bathroom. No response to call lights or they would come in to deactivate and leave back out. Meds not dispensed based off their own report and management couldn’t explain. Bathroom and rooms were rarely cleaned and when asked for tissue we received a partially used roll. This is the worse facility to leave your loved one's in. My mother was originally schedule to stay 2 weeks to rehabilitate her mobility. The 1st day we checked her in we let the staff know she can't walk and need assistance to the restroom. The response I got was horrible and unimaginable. I was told by I'm assuming a nurse that she should go in her depend and they will come and change her. 🤨🤬 Also she pushed the button for help they don't come rushing in until they see a family member coming to visit as if they were doing their job all along. I dont recommend this facility at all. We got our mom outta that place the next week. If would have been sooner if we had complete control of it. If you love your loved ones, this is NOT the place to bring them. Don't bring your dog, cat, or snake, to this terrible nursing home. Cordova Wellness and Rehabilitation Center has a tremendous break-down of communication. My loved one was recently there a few days ago. The admissions office male employee told me several times that the NURSING HOME would provide all of his medications including his night-time medications on the day that we arrived which was 12/15/2025. Needless to say, they did not have or give my husband ANY of his medications even though the admissions office had 3 lists from me, 1 list from his care coordinator along with his H&P.
