I had a wonderful experience at Copperview Medical Center and am so grateful I chose this practice. First of all, the convenience of Saturday appointments is a huge plus and made scheduling care so much easier for me. The waiting area is clean and welcoming, and the fish tank was such a nice, calming touch. The front desk staff was prompt, friendly, and very welcoming from the moment I walked in. The nurse, Aranya (apologies if misspelled), was incredibly kind and personable! She struck the perfect balance of being warm and talkative while still moving at a great pace, which I really appreciated. Our family has been going to Copperview Medical for about 10 years now, and we’ve consistently had a great experience. Kathy Garcia has been our provider, and she has been wonderful with both adults and kids. She takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and makes you feel comfortable and cared about. One thing that really stood out was how patient and supportive they were with our 11-year-old son, who is on the autism spectrum and very afraid of shots. They handled it with so much understanding and kindness, and they were able to help him get through it in a way that built his trust instead of making it worse. That meant a lot to us. Look no further for your medical care. The entire experience at this office is top-notch, but I have to specifically mention two incredible people: Zena and Dr. Newman. Zena always greets you with a smile and makes you feel completely at ease. She takes your care compassionately and feels the responsibility of getting you to feeling better. Dr. Newman is an outstanding doctor who combines expertise with a rare level of compassion. Together, they create an environment of trust and healing. Thanks to their thoroughness and refusal to give up, my heart disease was found and successfully treated. They gave me a second chance at a healthy life, and for that, I will be forever thankful.

My son and I had a great experience at Copper View Medical Center. I was relieved that we were able to get a same day appointment to have him seen by a pediatrician for croup on the weekend. Clean, nice decorated facility with professional and caring staff. Reasonable wait times. We were in and out within an hour. Really enjoyed all of the hand painted art work on the walls. Dr. Jones & Alexis were lovely!! Excellent bedside manner, patient and compassionate care. As a mother, I felt heard and that all of my concerns and questions were addressed in a non rushed manner. Compassionate, Intelligent, Responsive doctors. I’ve been seeing Dr. Hollingsworth for over 10 yrs and between myself and the family, have been seen by almost EVERY provider & I love this place! They are best group of talented Doctors of any office I’ve been to. Doctors that take the time to hear you, really diagnose you, and give honest advice. Urgent care hours with normal office prices and two locations to get an appointment when you need -what else are you looking for? I am shocked reviews aren’t higher! Did you need them to send you Christmas cards? Expecting stickers or wish they had a 50¢ plastic horse ride?? From tragic health issues to “probably didn’t need to come in” - we have been truly cared for and cared about by Copperview and Hollingsworth’s team. Smile…they smile back;)
