Copperfield Healthcare and Rehabilitation

My Dad came to Copperfield after a stay at the hospital to receive additional skilled nursing services. The team and staff were really great and respectful to him and his needs. Having dementia made it a bit challenging for them but they managed to take good care of him. The facility is busy in a good way with a lot of buzz with PT in the halls with other patients, activities for residence and staff doing rounds. James was great with getting us settled in and transitioning. The office staff was kind and helpful navigating through insurance and discharge processes. It’s never easy relying on others to care for a loved one but I would say Copperfield checked all the boxes and met my expectations.

I’m a RN and was very skeptical about putting my mom in a SNF so she can get rehab and IV antibiotics but THIS place has been phenomenal! I love all the nurses, PT and all the staff. They have great activities and keep the patients engaged. They are very receptive, responsive and most of all caring and supportive. So very happy with them and can’t recommend them enough. Oh and my mom Loved the food! Great variety, quality and taste. 💗

My dad was here for a little under a week until we just decided to bring him home and care for him ourselves. My dad fell down a total of THREE times in this facility when my family and I told everyone multiple times that he had a heavy risk of falling down. With that being said, the nurses were all kind and treated my dad with respect, and they all have many patients to look over, I understand that they can not hover over my dad and be with him constantly to ensure that he does not fall, however three times is unacceptable.

Always welcome you when you walk in to visit your family member. That makes a big difference to me. They always ask if you need anything. They are really taking care of my family member.

The staff has a great attitude. They appear to like being there and they were helpful, not for us as we did not need assistance. The facility was picture perfect. I got the impression of happiness there, both residents and staff.
