this is the most annoying company. They took over from my last supplier and since then it has been a never ending mess. Their phones for billing are never answered and when you do leave a voice mail it is never returned.. but man oh man.. come the time they can charge your insurance for new supplies and the phone calls from their staff are relentless despite telling them not to call. If they can't get you they call back to back 4-5 times . Impossible to contact unless you want to buy something and even then when you try and get them to drop you from their service or call list whomever is answering the sales phone doesn't so their job. They don't even have an active website to try and contact.. totally disgusted with this company.
