Cooperman Barnabas Pediatric Specialty Center

This medical group is the worst in America. This pediatric center had a labcorp phlebotomist who absolutely butchered my daughter taking blood. They kind of handled that situation. The doctor calls me to drop off a sample to the lab asap. I do that. I get there the person called out. They look at me like oh well. The office manager Karen is exactly what her name is. Well did you call in before you came. Cutting me off to correct me about saying hospital instead of saying medical office. Instead of taking me in the room to vent my frustration she stood there and pointed the finger at me. Why didn’t you call? Well the doctor should have told you. Please stop yelling there’s children. What about my child? What would it matter in that moment? To me I’m a parent who’s trying to get their child

Don't be fooled by the reviews the STAFF here is incompetent & horrendously RUDE yelling @ patients in waiting room. HORRIBLE STAFF FOR PEDIATRIC PATIENTS WHO ARE SICK!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! if i could give them half a star i would!!!

Doctors and nurses here are not considerate for the patients.
