Dr L is a skilled professional and has a gentle approach and understanding. The staff at the Voorhees office was phenomenal, from the front desk check in to the nurse. Denise was calm, gentle and made a very uncomfortable appointment as comfortable as she could. She told me each step before it happened, reminded me to breathe and even tried to distract me and get my mind thinking of anything other than what was going on. 10 out of 10 recommend. 🤍

Incompetent, inexperienced, unsupervised schedulers who waste your time playing games with surgery schedules, Testing, and appointments. Worst customer service at a medical practice ever experienced. Completely unreliable.

PREPARE TO NOT BE SEEN at your appointment. I had an appointment with Dr. Roth today that was rather urgent. My appointment was for 8am. There was an accident on my way to the office, adding time to my commute. So my arrival time moved to 8:12. I called the office on my way, when they opened at 8, to see if I could still be seen. I was told yes, I had a 15 minute grace period. Great, that’s enough time. I arrived at 8:12. Within the grace period. There was a line at check in. By the time I sat down at the check in desk it was 8:22. I was refused to be seen because of the time. It’s not my fault there was a line AFTER arrival. There’s always a line AFTER arrival. I arrived within the grace period. It was an 10 minute line. What if I arrived exactly on time and there was a 15 minute line ahe

I have a history of kidney stones about 11 yrs ago I became Septic due to an Undiagnosed kidney stone I have passed several stones since then I know how it feels when I have a stone. I was seen in the ER last week. I had blood in my urine also white cells I was given IV antibiotics n sent home with oral antibiotics n told to follow up with Urologist. I had an appointment with Dr Roth she DID not check my urine for blood or white count even though I was there for a follow up visit after being treated in ER. n I was told I DID NOT have a kidney stone because it Didn’t show up on CAT scan she did not care that it showed on an X-ray. I couldn’t believe the way I was treated she totally dismissed any of my concerns and told me I needed physical therapy..

Was 10 minutes late, was refused to be seen even though there is a 15 minute grace period. Then their answer was to go to urgent care. Sad that these people only care about money. They have a patient standing right in front of them, clearly in distress, but they're busy and buisness is booming so they have no issue telling you to go somewhere else. Maybe in the end that's the best advice you could get. Go someplace else that cares about patients more than their bottom line.
