Cooper Radiology at Voorhees

I came in late due to a mix up of directions and was very upset when I arrived..HOWEVER THAT DID NOT LAST LONG.FROM THE VERY MINUTE I WALKED IN.YOU ARE MET WITH SMILING FACES THE COURTESY WAS UNMATCHED. THE PATIENT SKILLS WERE IMPECCABLE. THEN I SEEN THE CARDIOLOGIST WHOM HAS BEEN A DOCTOR FOR A LONG TIME, I LITERALLY CRIED BECAUSE OF THE AMAZING PATIENT SKILLS FROM THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT TO THE FRONT DESK TO THE DOCTORS. I TRULY WISH EVERYONE CAN EXPERIENCE SUCH AMAZING CARE HERE.THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER AND I RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO EVERYONE. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE STAFF FOR SUCH AMAZING PATIENT SKILLS CARE AND COMPASSION. ANGELS WORK HERE

Every time I go there for a procedure, everyone from the anesthesiologists to Dr. Sabia himself make the process so easy & comfortable. They put me at ease & make me feel like they care about me as a person & that it is a pleasant experience for me as a whole. I'd like to mention 2 people specifically who have made the experience extra enjoyable and always seem to go above & beyond whenever they are there when I go. I'd like to compliment Charlotte & Jackie. Their cheerful demeanor & seemingly genuine interest in their patients life & wellbeing make the visits there feel more personal, therefore leaving me feeling like it matters to them that my care is important & so am I. They are wonderful.

*** follow up to my 1 star review *** After reaching out to the email Rosaria responded and forwarded my issue to patient relations. With in minutes Dave Owen’s reached out to me about my frustration. He promised that he would have the radiology manager reach out to me in the am. I was contacted yesterday in the am and had my follow up yesterday afternoon. Dave and Rosaria definitely treated me like my concerns mattered and were sincere in their effort to help. It’s nice when you voice frustrations and a provider takes the time to make it right. For that I definitely changed my mind on finding another provider! Prior review I recieved a call on 4/7 that my mammogram was abnormal. I was told I needed a follow up mammogram and an ultra sound. When asked how I could schedule I was told they

Horrible customer service. I was there for an ultrasound and an x-ray. Got there 20 minutes early just to find out that the doctor had put the wrong foot in the script. Waited around for an hour after that and nobody came to give me an update on what was going on either with my ultrasound or my x-ray. Finally, I asked for the manager, Christine wait around for 15 minutes for her while she was on the phone. Finally just left. Didn’t get anything done, wasted an hour and a half of my time, and they didn’t even seem to care. The lady that does check-in, definitely did not care. I will never go back.
