Cooper Pediatric Otolaryngology

Horrible made an appt in June for my 3 year old with reoccurring ear infections appt was set for Oct. Oct comes they changed her appt without my knowledge to December that would be 6 months waiting to be seen. The staff is rude and ignorant. Thankfully my husband called a different Dr today and my baby will be seen in 4 days. This cooper facility should close its doors if they don't want take care of people. Worst experience I have ever had with a dr office

Messaging center is HORRIBLE no one ever returns phone calls. You have to call at least four to five days in a row to get a response from someone. Would NOT recommend

saw "dr.k" here and it was a complete joke. people that don't care about other people shouldn't become doctors.

Espere casi dos meses para mi consulta y resulta que llegue y no estaba la doctora me dieron una nueva cita para casi dos meses más. Ni una llamada ni nada tengo un email donde confirmaban la cita, nada profesionales, nada recomendable.
