Cooper Pediatric Care at Burlington

HORRIBLE. Asked for them to send medical records to a new doctor OCTOBER10, I wait a month because she said it could take up to 30 days, I wait a month just to find out the request was never even put in. It’s now November 26th and they have yet to send the records. Thankfully a lady named Danielle was able to help. But absolutely ridiculous.

This office completely sucks. I just knew first appt was too good to be true, haven't had a decent visit since. My main issue is that when you ask for an appt they schedule my children so far out that I end up in er or urgent care for their issues. There is no reason office needs to be open if y'all seeing patients. I posted a review 4 months ago still hasn't been solved. These people just don't care and it's complete bullshit at this point.

I had a bad experience during my first appointment here with my son when he was a newborn. We were given elaine painter, who i was not fond of. My son is not circumcised, and she forced his foreskin back to look at it, which you aren't supposed to do, and I was in shock that she did so without any sort of permission. Me and my sons father also chose not to vaccinate him, and she got very defensive and questioned us repeatedly on our decision. She was very rude and when we wouldn't budge she in other words told us that we were killing our child not having him vaccinated. Went on talking about all the babies she's seen sent to the morgue during her "40 years in her pediatric profession". Currently looking for new pediatrician! Never have appts available always recommends Dr or urgent care. Never follow up when vaccines aren't in or doctor isn't available. My first appt with them was clearly just a front because they suck just like most local overcrowded low budget places. I would not recommend currently looking for a new pediatrician. I wanted to give no stars but I'm being very generous with my two!!

I’ve been going to this office for 3 months now and each time I am blown away with the incredible care and service. Dr. Karmilovich is the kind of person you want as a doctor for your child. She is so intelligent, caring, kind, thoughtful & just an overall wonderful person. You can tell she is passionate about her career and it shows in the way she cares for her patients. I feel so at ease knowing I can reach out and somebody at the office will get back promptly. This office has a truly amazing system, staff & atmosphere. I just adore Dr. Karmilovich and if you are considering this office for your children, she is the one you want to see!
