The way my child was treated, I would not recommend for adults. The worst. Doctors nor the a Physician's assistant will speak to you over the phone but yet put an unrelated and someone unfamiliar will speak to you when they are not qualified to explain test results. I'm in the process of having my insurance take back payments made for fraud. My son was neglected and my insurance is good. However, I was charged several times for the same services with the same results and no success. If you want to be ran in circles for 2 years and have to chase your doctor down for results, or have your insurance taken advantage of for the suffering of you child, then this is the place for you. Hearing loss affects an entire family especially the vulnerable.

Cooper Canceled the appointment for a child, no phone call to reschedule. Then they say come 3 months after your appointment date. Not a good practice if you have a child that needs to be seen.

I originally gave a good review for Dr Spalla. However after a few months of healing I’m afraid to say my nose is just not right. I still have pain when it is touched or if my nose just needs to be wiped softly with a tissue. Plus there is a small irregularity on the outside of my nose that was not there prior to surgery. I feel he was probably too aggressive in remove tissue from my turbinates which is why my nose does not feel right. This is not the practice fault just Dr Spalla’s. I’m not sure if he is still with the practice.
