This has been a great pharmacy. Their med managers are fantastic, and really personalize your care. The only problem I've had is with billing.

I deal with pharmacies every day and never has there been poorer communication with customers than here. They never call to tell you status of script. You show up and its not ready because they don't have the medication stocked or they needed new script. Also now open only during regular business hours and I know my job will not let me leave just to pick up a script. I get to pick the pharmacy my patients use and this will no longer be my recommendation.

I like to keep my business local to help out our towns merchant. I filled out all the medical information on their web site needed for me to get three vaccinations there. RSV, Covid booster. I did not feel very welcome there. Almost invisible. It took a while before a pharmacist told me it would be a while since the girl was mixing the shots. She gave me the wrong shot in the arm I only wanted the RSV. Now she had to give me the other two shots in the arm I didn't want two shots in This place needs to learn better customers service and pay attention to detail.

Have been a customer here for many years. Long before the makeover. I have many memories of Cletus counting out my scripts. They have expanded quickly. They are having growing pains right now. Even though I moved away from Augusta about four years ago, I am still loyal to Cooper's. They will mail my scripts. But I still drive out there every week or so. About 40 miles round trip. Their service is far and above any place else I've ever seen.
