The Moonlight Tavern is a Hub for All qualified adventurers and kin. Our personal bartender URS manages the energy in the room to ensure it's used as a meeting space for all nature of mythical creatures. Come see our corner-hound-shapeshifter. Who bites and barks, and plays all day long.
I brought my 75 year old mother with heart issues into the ER the other night...not our first trip and not our last I'm sure. She almost died two years ago from a pulmonary embolism and has since had to go back multiple times with heart problems. The check in ladies were lovely...however when nurse Tom brought my mom into a room for triage...we were met with the rudest attitude ever. "I'm not in the mood" was one response to a question she asked. Then when she asked if a room would become available soon he bent over with his hands together and in the most condescending way said "Do you think you're more important than everyone else here".....I kept my mouth shut at the hospital out of respect for everyone else there and cried instead. I lost my father 12 years ago to cancer and cannot lo
If you need any sort of medical care do not come here. If I could give 0 stars I would gladly. Read some of the other one star reviews and you’ll realize you’re better off driving into Worcester or Boston than to come to this hospital or others in the area. Ten hours in the emergency room while the nurses chit chatted. A man was wretching in the public bathroom and came out huffing and heaving around the entire waiting room. Do the nurses even know how germs work, they should’ve asked him to sit, wait, or given him a bed in the hallway. Additionally, the nurses weren’t private and I overheard many individuals and their medical issues, One woman had an ultrasound done, came out holding her stomach in tears, and the nurse said “I’m sorry”. I’m glad they hire soulless professionals who lac
Hello, I am writing because I am extremely upset and concerned about the care I received at Cooley. I have been dealing with chronic back pain and ongoing pain related to a prior car accident. When I presented to Cooley with very concerning symptoms, I felt dismissed and did not receive appropriate care. No diagnostic testing was performed—no blood work, no imaging, nothing. I was sent home with only a lidocaine patch, Tylenol, and a 5 mg dose of Valium. I remained home the entire day, still in significant pain and distress. The following day, I went to Baystate Franklin, where the seriousness of my condition was immediately recognized. I was transferred by ambulance to Baystate Springfield, underwent an emergency MRI, and required emergency back surgery this morning. I was told by the med
If I could give this hospital zero stars I would. Before the merge or buyout or whatever, this hospital was the absolute best. Now, it's a joke. It's just like going to Bay State or Mercy in Springfield, or Holyoke Hospital. The quality of care has decreased drastically. I went for swelling in my leg only to be told "it could be a cyst that popped and that's why it is swollen." When I challenged her by asking about the swelling in my left leg (which wasn't nearly as bad but still visible), she stated, "Maybe you have arthritis." They are a joke. Another time I went because I had numbness in my arms and face (after having just spent four days in the hospital in NY), they said they had "...full confidence that the hospital in NY did a full workup," and there was nothing left for them to do.
