Had to get braces on for the second time because I didn’t wear my retainer 🥲 I came to cool smiles my first time around and loved it so much I decided to come back for the second time around. Annie is the sweetest person I’ve ever met and the girls in the front have such a positive vibe. The office is extremely organized and very clean, I’m so happy I decided to work with them again 🤭 and I’ll be wearing my retainers this time FOR SURE!

Cool Smiles provided outstanding service! They were able to do an initial consultation and put my daughter’s braces on the same day. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they even worked with me on making the initial down payment. During the time that I was in the office, each person was seen in less than a minute from the time they came in. The view from the dental chairs is also amazing and very calming for those who are fearful of getting dental work done. The entire team was very friendly. I’m so happy to have chosen Cool Smiles for my daughter’s orthodontic treatment.

I am extremely disappointed with the billing practices at Cool Smiles. When we began treatment for my son nearly two years ago, we were repeatedly assured that this office accepted our insurance and that everything would be taken care of with the insurance company. These assurances played a significant role in our decision to proceed with treatment here. However, after all this time, the office has failed to properly bill our insurance and keeps trying to charge us without any idea what our insurance is going to (or not) pay for We were misled from the beginning, and attempts to get answers have been met with nothing but excuses. If you’re considering this office, I strongly recommend verifying their insurance and billing practices thoroughly to avoid a similar experience.

Cool Smiles Orthodontics has been a great with getting my teeth aligned so far. They’re also very welcoming and accommodating!
