Hi there! If I could I would choose 10/10 on all options. Alley, Katrina and Kevin were so incredibly Nice and extremely helpful. Especially the morning before a huge snow storm. Receptionist Stephen was beyond terrible to work with. The computer system was not uploading my insurance card, and he couldn't figure out why. Due to this he was delaying the care of my 10 year old son who had an open head wound being seen. He was rude and didn't even try to be helpful in any way. Went to another urgent care which treated my son immediately due to his OPEN HEAD WOUND!!!! and less than the time we wasted sitting in the lobby waiting to even finish being registered we were in an out after him requiring 3 staples. Terrible can't even begin to express my utter frustration as I myself work in the medical field and to prioritize insurance card being uploaded over care is insanity!! Nice large waiting area…. Best of all, NO TV blaring to assault you as you wait. Staff very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. No waiting when I visited. Very accessible, easy, and highly recommend!

The entire staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and non judgmental. from the check-in receptionist to the X-ray technician, and especially the wonderful provider. Everyone treated me with genuine kindness, and I truly felt that they were committed to resolving my issue with care and compassion. Wait time was short, staff was very nice. Care was great. Triage nurse was pleasant Medical Assistant was very nice and gave an injection I didn’t even feel. Provider was very pleasant and did a good job taking care of a laceration. I went here about five years ago and didn’t have the experience I thought that I might, but today’s visit certainly made this place a place that I would seek care at again. Thank you!
