ConvenientMD Urgent Care

The services I received were amazing. I received a bill, got on a payment plan for the bill, but received messages from a collections agency. I called the collections agency who tried telling me it was for a different bill, but the dates are for the same date of service. When following up about the bill on convenient md's side, the agent was very rude. This is far for convenient and will not be returning.

I had made an appointment at ConvenientMD in Saco in advance and was seen in a timely fashion. The intake nurse was friendly and professional. Having been ill for some days with diarrhea and a cough, I was relieved to have the NP, Elizabeth Richardson, to talk with at some length about my symptoms. She was knowledgeable and kind, and seemed interested in listening to what I had to say, offering her thoughts in a trust-inspiring way. I ended up being at the urgent care for 4 hours, partly to have fluids replenished in my body (Tom, the nurse who hooked up and monitored my IV, was nothing short of great to hang out with during that time. What a genuinely nice and caring guy!). I left with a prescription for cough meds and a stool sample kit, the results of which I hope to have soon. Overall,

From check-in to walking to the door with the provider, this experience was wonderful. I am typically nervous about seeing doctors but everyone was warm, kind and supportive. I felt confident in their assessments and & treatment recommendations. The provider took time to research referrals that would assist in the treatment & provided me with documents explaining my diagnosis and things I could do in addition to what had been prescribed. Everyone was simply outstanding!

I had the best experience at convenient MD. I made an appointment and even running late I got right in. Was in and out within 30 minutes. The MA who checked me in was so sweet. The provider was amazing and actually listened to me. He explained what was going on and gave helpful treatment. I won’t ever go to the ER again honestly. Highly recommend!!

From the woman at reception to Doc H. My husband and I felt so welcomed and heard with our concerns. We came in with the fear of strep but thankfully learned it was just a cold after their rapid testing. Nurse Tom was fantastic triaging us and made us feel comfortable. I’d really like to say thank you to the receptionist as well who let my husband I be seen together to help others expedite their wait times as well. We will definitely be back should we need to use convenient med again!
