Service is very friendly and our Vet Dr Pierre Giroux is excellent very gentle with our dog. As are the staff.

Arrived 10 minutes prior to the appointment and was immediately taken out back and shown to an exam room. The individual who took my dog’s vitals was very friendly and knowledgeable. The way she handled my dog demonstrated her love and care for animals. She took a complete history and ask good clarifying questions. When she was done and left the room, the vet almost immediately arrived to the room. She took the time to really listen to me and my concerns and explained to me in a way that I could understand what most likely was going on. She suggested tests and shots and the pros and cons of each. Overall, it was the best experience I have ever had with a vet over the past 15 years of pet ownership. I feel the care here for our cat was more transactional. When my cat Jax was sick, they provided decent care but once he passed no one called to offer condolences (which I get they are busy) but even when I picked up his ashes there was no I’m sorry for your loss - it was here you go, have a good day. Just seems rude and it is unfortunate but the next animal I get I will take elsewhere even though they are close to our house.

We are so thankful for the team our pup had! We traveled an hour from where we lived because we heard such wonderful things about the care team here...and we are SO glad we did. We brought our pup here specifically for her spay. The team never made us feel rushed and graciously answered our numerous questions. We also felt like the communication we received from the team throughout the day was priceless. We were sent some text updates and a couple photographs during her recovery. Dr. Chadbourne was wonderful and extremely understanding! We are going to get some extra time with our boy Jupiter and we are so happy for it and grateful! Thank you Dr. Chadbourne! I highly recommend!
