ConvenientMD Urgent Care

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at the clinic on March 7. I had a scheduled appointment at 9:15 AM and arrived approximately 15 minutes early. Despite this, I waited about an hour past my appointment time while experiencing chills and flu-like symptoms. During that time, I noticed several individuals who arrived after me—including one person who did not appear to have an appointment—being called in before I was. When I approached the front desk to ask for clarification, I was told that patients are called based on the nature of their medical issues. The nurse that called me in to bring me down to the room was very friendly and professional. She explained what she was gonna do and how long it was gonna take for the results and that a PA would be in shortly to explain everything to me I think about 15 minutes past and the PA came in with the results and she explained to me what I should do and she did a an examination on me to make sure that my lungs are OK and everything and she was very friendly and professional all at the same time too it’s just a great place to go if you’re not feeling well the place is very clean. Been having sinus issues! Decided to go as a walk-in. Big mistake on my part on a Saturday! Place was full of sickos hacking up a lung and some not even wearing a mask! Staff should have made them put one on. Anyways, after waiting 2 hours to be seen, the so called “provider” saw me for all of 5 minutes! Felt my sinus areas and looked in my EARS!! I came for sinus issues…wouldn’t you check inside my NOSE? Said he saw some congestion in my ears, prescribes me antibiotics for 7 days twice a day. After taking the second pill, I start getting extreme anxiety and a massive headache! Those pills were the only change in my meds/routine. On the 3rd day (Monday) I call the office and tell the girl who answered what has been happening. Her response was “yea that doesn’t happen when taking antibiotic

Very friendly environment. Extremely clean, and the wait time was perfect. The Doctor took the time to explain what was going on with me and also told me to do a follow up with my primary for some testing. It was so much better/easier than going to the ER and waiting 8 hours just to be called back to wait another 4 hours in a room, to see a DR. I highly recommend this Urgent care facility.

I went to convenient MD in Peabody mass the end of September. I have Insurance through my employer and they paid all but $50 worth of services. I was constantly receiving text messages and phone calls starting the day after my appointment after attempting to speak to a human multiple times and attempting to tell them that I will pay the balance once I receive an explanation of benefits from my health insurance company and verifying all costs and charges. I ended up paying the bill today because over the past two days I kept receiving at least three phone calls a day stating they were going to send it to a collection agency. They don’t care they just wanted their $50 and I simply just wanted to wait for the EOB. They are rude inappropriate and the amount of time They actually thought I woul
