ConvenientMD Urgent Care

I’ve been coming to ConvenientMD in North Andover for years and keep choosing them every time I need care, from shingles to chronic hip pain to a persistent and painful stye. The providers are exceptionally thorough, attentive, and truly listen—they always make me feel like I’m getting top-notch medical attention. Scheduling an appointment online is a breeze, and I never have to wait long once I arrive. The clinic is modern, spotlessly clean, and genuinely welcoming, which makes a real difference when you’re not feeling well. The care here is so consistently excellent that if I could switch my primary care physician to ConvenientMD, I absolutely would. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I went to this urgent care because I suspected I had the flu. Simple nasal swab confirmed positive for influenza a. Wait time reasonable I was in and out in about one hour. all staff professional, and pleasant.Listened to all my concerns. Building Is clean. This is the second time I have used this urgent care and if needed, I will be back!

The nurses & provider are beyond exceptional here. They are attentive, warm, and caring. Truly have never been to an urgent care center that I felt inclined to leave a review before, but I’ll be returning to this location again if the occasion should arise.

Check in was quick and efficient, as was the appointment following. The facility was clean, comfortable, and the staff were kind and knowledgeable. There were air filters present in the rooms as well. My issue was resolved within the hour!

Went to Convenient Care in N Andover because i couldn’t get my cut thumb to stop bleeding. Both the receptionist & Physician Assistant were extremely efficient & competent. Very happy that a facility like this exists as a healthcare option.
