Warm and friendly service! The process of securing a spot in line ahead of time was seamless, which cannot be more important than when you’re not feeling well. Aside from the quick response and non-existent wait time, service was warm and attentive. Small things like the PA saying “I hope you feel better” on you walk out make all the difference in the world when you don’t feel well. It’s impressive that they can make a walk-in clinic feel like primary care. 👍

The nurses and PA who evaluated and treated me were great! Each was Very nice, considerate and informative. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needed treatment for cut and was not sure if they needed stitches

I appreciated the clean modern feel of the office. The woman who checked me in as well as my provider were both efficient and professional. It was a tightly run ship from beginning to end and I will definitely return if I need Urgent Care services again.

I went here with my 78 year old mother. The front desk staff was great, friendly and helpful. The medical professionals were rude, seemed uninterested in doing their job, and were quick to scare us out of there and over to the ER. My Mom ended up being fine, I thought she may need stitches and we were trying to be safe about it. It felt like the staff here escalated the situation to get us out of there. it was Friday evening and we were there before 7. they close at 8.

i went here after being told: “next time go to an urgent care” at the BILH “urgent care” in haverhill. the urgent care in newburyport has the best staff, they are kindest and the most supportive. they actually tested me, took cultures to be sure, and gave me documentation of my visit with recommended medications. they also helped talk me through some travel anxiety. they are really the best here. the people here are everyday heroes
