ConvenientMD Urgent Care

All of the options for my rating of the provider interaction apply, she was polite respectful, answered all my questions thoroughly, but she took the time to listen to me and my very complicated history and understood the impact of the history to make an effective treatment plan. She was very knowledgeable and I felt confident I would get a good outcome. In fact, I feel like all my interactions at Convenient MD are actually better than at my PCP office, where they only have 10 minutes allotted to my visit so they can meet their productivity quotas. I always feel rushed and often times dismissed so they can stay on schedule. I actually prefer Convenient MD over my PCP for that exact reason.

All aspects of my visit were good. I made an appointment online the night before. Checked in and was seen promptly. Provider was friendly, caring, and helpful. I got my problem treated and am already feeling better.

Check in was quick & easy. Waiting area was very clean and comfortable. I saw the physician very quickly and he heard me. Examine me thoroughly and suggested what might be the source of my pain and referred me to an urgent care facility to get an ultrasound. He was kind, patient and helpful. I had a very good experience at Convenient MD.

The staff here is always very kind. There was barely a wait when I went last Friday. My daughter had soiled her diaper and I was sick and out of it so I hadn’t brought the diaper bag. They provided me with a diaper and wipes for her. The front desk staff was also very kind and interactive. The doctor got me what I needed promptly and I was in and out within 30 minutes.

Very prompt and easy scheduling online. Not a lot of paperwork. PA was very knowledgeable and helpful with my illness. They helped me get the medication I needed when I was very ill. I had the prescription for antibiotics that day.
