ConvenientMD Urgent Care

I’ve been to Convenient Urgent Care in Keene 3 or 4 times. I have been amazed by the staff. Even when really busy with clients, everyone on the staff- from the person at the front desk to the nurse to the practitioner, and even the staff who I didn’t have interactions with, directly, for my visit, were outstanding. They welcomed me, treated me with respect and kindness, were professional without being rude or disrespectful, and listened to me. I greatly appreciate the staff, and this has been my experience every time. Kudos to the Keene, NH staff!!

I’m specifically writing this review because of how wonderfully Katelyn (sp?) treated me today, but honestly every time I’ve been, every person involved has been kind and courteous. I booked the 8am slot online and got checked in and placed in an exam room before 8:10. The first nurse was great and made me feel at ease. But then Katelyn came in and really made me feel so seen, heard and supported that I’m thinking about it hours later in grateful tears and motivated to write this. Katelyn took time to even listen to my “non-health-related” (what ISN’T somehow tied to health?) complaints that I thought my body was reacting to and I was given life-affirming validation of what I’ve been going through and honestly, I didn’t know how much I needed that. The office and providers were so personable and energetic.. it was a great experience, even not feeling well, I had a wonderful experience. Thank you for taking care of me and respecting my concerns.

Amazingly good care. Easy to use app for sign in. (but not necessary to have). Every staff member who helped me was focused, helpful, competent and friendly. I didn’t expect such a positive experience. An asset to our community!

Both the nurse and provider were friendly and engaging. They explained things clearly, answered my questions and took time to be with me. I made an appt ahead of time and was seen as soon as I got there. Great service!
