ConvenientMD Urgent Care

We had an amazing experience at Convenient urgent care.My son was not feeling well, with a headache and fever, and from the moment we arrived, everything went very smoothly. The front desk staff was kind and efficient, and we were seen very quickly. The nurses and doctors were extremely attentive, caring, and well-prepared. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made us feel very comfortable during a stressful moment. The clinic itself has a great structure — very clean, organized, and welcoming. You can really tell they care about their patients. We are very grateful for the excellent care we received and highly recommend this clinic.

Everybody there was very friendly and helpful. The provider listened and explained thoroughly. Answered all of my questions. Genuinely cared. I was finally able to get a diagnosis. They spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel rushed. My family always went to ReadyMed. I thought they moved when Dunkin moved so I went to Convenient MD by mistake. But I like them a lot better!

I am so thankful for PA Suki and Nurse Deborah for their care and attentiveness! I was having terrible ear fullness and underwater feeling for 2 months without relief from other practitioners. Suki diagnosed and treated my ear and I immediately felt better and left with tears of happiness for the relief. Thank you so much for really listening and taking the time to figure out how to help! SO grateful.

This is best urgent care I have been to. The facility is exceptionally clean and spacious. There was no wait, I didn’t even see other patients anywhere. It appears they opened fairly recently. Everyone working here is friendly and hospitable. They have an excellent check in process that is mostly through a tablet inside the facility. Unfortunately I had to be sent to the ER, but if I hadn’t had come here first, I wouldn’t have been prescribed the right medication(ER was less helpful unfortunately) and it might have been dangerous in the following days without the right care. Also, they accept most insurance companies including Mass Health. Only criticism is that it is freezing inside, and they do require a credit card on file even if you have no co-pay. Care was fine but billing and admin was horrible. My insurance was accepted for all of 2025 except the last month(?) when I went. No notification about this when I previously went earlier in the same year. So much for the no surprises act or common decency to tell you this at check-in. Other urgent cares will tell you at check-in to avoid out of network charges. Go to one of the other 5 urgent cares in the area
