ConvenientMD Urgent Care

My entire experience was great. The facility is so well kept and clean. There was essentially no waiting (my timing was good), all staff were very professional and empathetic. The PA, Antonia was a master seamstress! Great stitches! And the nurse…I forget her name…recently returned to the Framingham facility…was very helpful and nice. So all in all. I was very impressed and I am healing very well.

I made an appointment and wasn’t seen after waiting well over an hour after my appointment time. I won’t be coming back to this Urgent Care when there are other local places that honor their appointment commitments and are considerate about time. The person at the desk told the person walking in 45-60 minutes without an appointment. I ended up leaving after sitting in the waiting room with no end in sight to find the waiting room completely cleared.

This is a super quick clinic. I like how you’re able to do all of your paperwork on your phone, even scanning your ID and insurance card. Everyone I interacted with was extremely nice and welcoming. The woman working the front desk was awesome too. She helped another gentleman with his new hire testing and even sat on hold with another office to ensure he was helped. I thought that was amazing. The provider who helped me was awesome and patient. Great experience!

I went to check my self on Wednesday 31 December 2025. The MA that called me has 0 customer service skills! She made me feel very uncomfortable, Her name is Teresa! From what she answered me when I ask her what was her name. But the worst part? She pretended to take my temperature and input some made-up number! Seriously, who does that? I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the temperature on the paperwork the physician assistant handed me. I knew I had to tell the PA that whoever handled me didn't actually take my temperature! As a healthcare worker myself, I know how crucial accurate vital signs are! This is beyond frustrating and simply unacceptable!

On March 3, 2026, I visited (ConvenientMD Urgent Care) due to swelling in my eyelid. After checking in, I waited approximately 20 minutes before being taken to an examination room. I then waited an additional 30 minutes to see the doctor. The doctor contacted me through an online virtual video call During the call, she asked several questions about my condition and prescribed an oil-based eye ointment to treat my eye. She informed me that the prescription would be sent to the pharmacy at **UMass Memorial Medical Center**, 55 Lake Avenue. Afterward, I went to the pharmacy, but they informed me that they had not received any prescription under my name. They just waste my time and charged my Insurance I called them 10 times nobody answer
