I am recently retired and started receiving medicare. This company provided me services for home medical. The services were excellent! Months later I received a bill for them for expenses medicare would not cover. I explicitly asked them when I set up the service with them "are there any expenses not covered by my medicare insurances" They said no. Now I am told that there are "Per Diem" expenses not covered by medicare. Up until today, they did not return phone calls or letters reqyesting an explanation. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

Nurse MaryJo is truly exceptional. When our son is 7 and diagnosed with Leukemia had his PICC line and needed dressing changes, MaryJo made what could have been a stressful and frightening process feel calm and manageable. From the very beginning, she was gentle, patient, and incredibly caring not just with the procedure, but with our son as a person. Her kindness, loving demeanor, and reassuring presence immediately put both our son and us at ease. She took her time, explained what she was doing, and treated him with such tenderness and respect that the entire experience became so much easier than we ever expected. Very bad experience with them, first they send me half empty IV pods which put me back into hospital for 3 days. Then they send a "debt" I know nothing about to debt collectors (calling me on Christmas Eve), then refuse to answer any emails or calls about the situation.

I can't say enough things about my brother's nurse Danielle Cooley. She was compassionate, helpful, & took care of all of our requests & concerns. It was a very frightening time for all the family & she made the situation calmer & helped with our concerns. The day she got her promotion & was no longer our nurse broke our hearts, but we know she's helping many other families. I can't say enough nice things about Danielle. She truly is one of the best nurses I have come across in myself being an advocate since 1990 for my husband & now my brother since 2023. Thank you Danielle for caring for my brother, putting up with some craziness, & listening to me whenever I texted or called you. You are more then 10 stars! These five stars are towards Danielle who was my amazing nurse. She was very caring and sweet. She would always quickly respond to my texts and answer all my questions. She would make sure I always felt comfortable while she was changing my dressing or taking blood. She’s truly one of the kindest nurses I have met. I am very thankful for her and everything she did to take care of me. Truly a gem!
