I would not send anyone to this facility EVER!! They are horrible. Their level of care and their sense of compassion is deplorable. My mother said she would rather die than go back here!! The call lights are always on, and no one answers them. Patients are left in beds or wheelchairs for hours on end and never checked on. Bathing is a whole other disaster. Patients are going for 2 weeks without a bed bath or a shower. I know this because I saw it first hand. My mother is immobile and was just shoved into her room and left to her own vices. Their short-term rehab is a joke. Patients are lucky to get 15 to 20 minutes a few days a week, and when they verbalize a fear of something, they are told to "get over it" I remember years ago when this facility was Autumn Hills. I would never send my loved one to this place oh wait I did and she was not given a shower for the whole 9 days she was there, disgusting! Some of the aides and nurses are great but you can’t get your job done correctly when there’s 20-30 residents being taken care of by one person! Some of the staff is rude and lazy! And the place is not clean.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. Besides a select few every aides people here could care less about your family member. The help light can stay on for hours , you have to go searching the halls for the aides that are on endless breaks to no avail. They left my grandmother in a dirty diaper for hours upon hours and only changed it after I went to find them mutiple times when she has a major incision from surgery near the area. The staff is incompetent and this is the most poorly run facility I’ve ever entered. Not to mention the entire building smells of urine and feces. KEEP YOUR PIECE OF MIND SEND YOUR FAMILY ELSE WHERE!!!!

I just had to send my spouse there for the 2nd time and everything that the woman , Cindy posted about her mother's stay is exactly how it is. If you don't visit daily and ask questions or take care of the patients bathing, bath Visit or getting meds when needed, you might as well talk to the wall.

My grandma has been there several times and the therapy staff has always done a great job getting her back up and moving.
