Aspen Dental - Niles, OH

It was only my first time going there. So can you give a restaurant 5 stars if you enjoyed your food and the service was great? Sure you can, but what if you go back and it’s the dinner staff and the cooks aren’t as good and the service sucks because it’s the dinner rush and everyone is stressed and over worked? Ok, this may have been a bit of a tangent. My first experience was great. Everything ran smoothly, they sanitized everything after using it, which I always appreciate. The staff was super friendly and answered every question I had. They weren’t all boomers, so I feel like they knew better about today’s life experience with how the economy actually is out here. I’m out of work and was super nervous I was going to be turned away but they worked with me on getting a payment plan to

Very professional. Very quick. And very communicative! They explained every step. I was able to ask questions about every procedure and what it all meant. And when it came to payment, aspen dental was very open on all costs. They helped me figure out payments, and scheduling for the procedures i needed. I never felt pressured into anything. I was given all the information i needed/asked for and was allowed to make my own decisions based on that knowledge.

Ease of scheduling and staff very friendly, kniwledgeable, and professional, making the confusing journey of my upcoming dental needs easy to understand and navigate. Dr. Lea and DA Anyla were great and made me feel at ease during the whole process. Even Toya in billing took time to explain all options and addressed my questions thoroughly.

Waited 15 Minutes past my appointment time, never was seen. The receptionist just sat at her desk on her phone, never acknowledged me when I came in. There was a clipboard sign in, so I put my name down. Waited 15 minutes after my appointment, no communication, no acknowledgement of my existence, so I left. No phone call afterwards. No acknowledgement when I left either. I confirmed on my phone that I had the right day at time. Not sure what to say, very disappointed.

Everyone here was very professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable coming here. Their availability with appointments is also excellent. Going to the dentist gives me a lot of anxiety but here there was no stress.
