Contemporary Dentistry and Implantology

Diane has been my hygienist since 1980 and has always been sweet and pleasant to me. I always look forward to seeing her for my cleanings twice yearly and would never switch to anyone else. She is always thorough and gentle as well. Dr. Plourde has been my dentist for the same amount of time and I would say exactly the same about my experience with him. He is always extremely gentle when he has to do fillings for me and I am always confident when I leave that he has adequately informed me about any issues that I need to know. They both have my utmost praise and I would never go elsewhere!

First experience with Dr. Panos. He was extremely concerned with my input after he explained my situation. He provided me with all my options, answered my questions and allowed me to decide which option I chose. I was offered later consults if I needed any changes. His assistant, Nicole, prepped me while explaining what procedures she was doing and why. I was thoroughly relaxed because of the manner in which I was treated by both Dr. Panos and Nicole.

Dr. Plourde, Diane, and other office and clinical staff are excellent. They deserve 5 stars! My reason for three stars is because of long-term dissatisfaction with my temporary front tooth installed by Dr. Panas, which fell out three times over the past month — including yesterday. Each time it fell out when eating soft food: sushi, chicken soup, and cooked green beans. It cost $650 cash, despite my insurance, it took several weeks to install initially, and I travel over one hour each way for a visit to repair. I have requested today a different flipper to be provided, which is similar to several others I’ve gotten there over the years at the previous practice called Drs. Argeros and Ppourde. It would be reasonable to provide this to me for cost, and to bill my insurance, as Dr. Plour

I have been coming to this dentistry for at 15 years when it was Argeros & Plourde and it was great, professional care. This is my first visit since it has been bought by Dr. Panos and many of the original staff are here, as well as, new faces. I felt the same professional , high quality care that I have always had.

I always enjoy going to the dentist. Everyone is so kind and friendly they make you feel it easy and comfortable. Everything is explained to the T which is awesome.👍😊
