Unfortunately they are based out of New Jersey and all calls are routed to a switchboard operator there. Calls go to voicemails instead of speaking to someone. Billing or appointments. Milford office cancelled my appointment 3-4 times in a row (on the day of appointment) because a provider didn’t show up. New NP i saw in fall has now relocated back to NJ. IMO it’s poor management and not controlled by the wonderful staff at this office. When I call a doctors office, I should be able to speak to someone.

I went to Connolly dermatology for the first time a few weeks ago. I can't say enough good things about everyone there. Brianna the NP who treated me was amazing as well as the rest of the staff.I highly recommend them. My appointment for next year is already scheduled.

Placed looked clean, staff was very nice and professional. When I went in I was seen, given a prescription and told that they will find someone to take care of my problem as the NP didn't feel confident to do it. Two weeks later they haven't gotten in touch with me yet but they sure were quick to send that bill.
