Don’t waste your time. Onboarding takes months, you constantly have to call and email to get them to approve your credentials so you can move on to the next step. If your recruiter isn’t answering you there is no number to call to get assistance from someone else, I’ve even emailed their support email multiple times and never got a response. I’m finally at the end of the onboarding process after 2 months of trouble and communication has just completely stopped, i couldn’t get ahold of my recruiter for weeks regarding getting my first shift scheduled. Clearly a very very poorly run company. Disappointed that I’ve wasted so much time on this just to never even get to work a single shift.

Was trying to apply and it kept telling me to download the mobile app. All of my uploads are on my laptop now one wants to fill out an app via their phone. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

I've been with Connect RN for 5 years! They used to be a really good company to work for but that has changed! I don't know if it's because of new management or what but there's hardly any shifts. The shifts they do have are ALL over 100miles and they're 5 people plus applying for the same shift. The customer service is bad they never have answers or you can't get through. They also lie to you and tell you different things. As of today thousands of clinicians are waiting for their stat cash pay including me and some people have been waiting for 3 shifts or more to be paid out. What is going on? Connect RN you are going down in business and becoming a not so good company to work for 🤦🏿‍♀️ crazy thing is the people who worked for their shifts and that have been inconvenienced due to not bein

The worst app in the world. It is the most difficult to make changes. It is the most difficult to upload and have information saved. I signed up in 2019, it is 2025 and I have yet to be able to finish to work a shift. The app has needed an update at least six times and it's only had an update twice.

They will make you download their app, get all your personal information, and then they give you online tests, if you don’t pass, there’s no discretion, you are rejected, but they have your data. Not recommended.
