To whom this may concern, My name is Dayna Manning, i am a client at your Millsboro, location and have been for quite some time. I hope this email is reaching the correct person because I have to admit, it was actually very complicated to try to figure out where my concern Should be directed or if it's even going to matter. I have found that the Coras company as all MAT establishments are not there to necessarily help the client, but more so for the monetary part that comes with each client. I have also been a client of your Dover location, just to make you aware that this is not a prejudicial thing. I wanna start the review by letting everyone know that it is no longer Connections it is now Coras.... So I gave 4 stars because I love my counselor. She has helped me work on myself and other issues I have been through. She is also head of the Women's Trauma Group which has been so informative, helpful, and like gaining family that is supportive, none judging, and an amazing group of women.. Sometimes the wait to get in, urines, Doctors Appt., and your number in the queue for your meds can be long. However I hate when people complain about the wait when if they just went earlier but they wait and make themselves late and then blame it on the clinic. You should be there for treatment because you want help to make yourselves a better person not because you need to feel better or a fre

The staff is overwhelmed and has poor communication skills. My doctor left the business without telling me. I called numerous times trying to get a hold of my doctor for my depression, anxiety meds. Come to find out after being transferred to her voice box. She's been gone for some time and nobody knew. I'm embarrassed for these people. They have short confrontational attitudes on the phone. They don't seem to care about their jobs of the way that they speak affects people. Steer clear. I run out of my meds and been forced to go through withdrawal detox, and my doctor rarely kept artella call appointments often not communicating that she just wasn't going to show.

I really can't stand this place. I wanted to complain for a long time. I've been clean over 10 years going here and as soon as I complained about the watered down meds and other terrible stuff, my urine came up dirty for benzos. Mind you I don't take anything but what they give me. I stopped my vitamins and supplements for my health hoping it was that and nope, still dirty. This is the 2nd false positive in 10 years and I'm done. No one cares and we get treated like cattle. Instead of finding out how or why this is happening I'm punished and being clean doesn't matter. Don't expect good things for good behavior.
