All the Front Desk Women's are Polite and Professional they are Friendly, Respectful and they Care about they Patient the kindness amazing the level of communication is the and understanding is a PLUS WOW! The staff team they are amazing 👏🏼 as well I never felt so happy to be at a Doctors office with such a beautiful spirit 😊 awesome. God bless all of them! Amazing teams ! THEY EVEN GAVE MY DAUGHTER A COLORING PAPER AND CRAYONS WHILE I WAS BUSY WITH PAPERS AMAZING!!

Very poor service we’ve been waiting for a long time for a doctors note for school excuse note never did had to make an appointment to be told by the front desk that we had to do a follow up. Yesterday 1/5/2026 we get to the front desk for our son’s note. Front desk hands me A one day excuse where the doctor that saw our son said three days and because supposedly we were supposed to follow up instead I called and said to whom I spoke to that our son was still sick and that I needed a note for longer time she did not suggest bring him in. This service was rendered in November 2025 the doctor assigned to our son poor service we barely had to email called many times with no response and success. We will no longer take our son or call for any sickness or checks. We have decided to take him to

Every time my son has an appointment there’s always something. My son had an appointment yesterday I called ahead to tell them I’m running late the person said it’s fine just go straight to a receptionist so I did, I waited about 15 minutes just fro them to tell me I had to reschedule when the person on the phone could’ve just told me to do that. I was traveling with 3 kids one of them is autistic & already irritable. my son needed his physical for school now he has to be home missing 3 or more days of school when I’m sure he could’ve just been seen.

Very poor service. My daughter had an appt TODAY at 1:40 with Dr. Kamal via telehealth for a concussion follow up. I was waiting 20 plus minutes for the Doctor and she never showed up. I then called the office to figure what happened and was placed on hold for another 12 minutes. Thanx for wasting my time and not reaching out to your clients.

My experience at chc has been great 👍🏾 my son is on his second doctor both are amazing Dr Chang was very dear to my family he seen my son grandson and nieces 💙 the care provider is very great at what they do dr koumal is a guru 💙 I feel as a mom my son is in good hands with Allstate 🥰 the front is amazing 👏🏾 Mrs Diana goes above and beyond for us parents and is very thankful for her and Mrs Marilyn the social worker those 2 makes vists and paperwork and my life so much easier 💙 I recommend my son's doctor's office to every family I come in contact with that needs a new doctor home
