It’s unfortunate that I’m writing this review because Dr. Conaway/Nicole were very nice, however the lack of communication is unacceptable. I went to see Dr. Conaway about a back injury and he wanted to do an MRI. Nicole said she would send it through and I would get a call within a few days about setting it up. A week later I never got a call, so I called the office and Nicole said “oh, I forgot to put the order in.” I was obviously upset, but know that humans make mistakes sometimes. I also asked her if I could have a doctor’s note for work and she said “Sure, I’ll send it over in a few minutes.” I never got anything so called around 4 pm and inquired to which she said “I’ve been busy all day, I didn’t forget.” Well, considering she forgot about the MRI, I wasn’t so sure. No issues with the doctors or PT’s but the customer service at these locations is terrible. To have more bad experiences at multiple locations with specifically the front desk is disgusting. You all are a representation of the offices you work for and there should be no reason why patients are ridiculed in office (from behind the glass so they can’t hear except for patients that are literally in your face), and no reason for patients to get the run around and not properly informed. You appear lazy and rude when you treat patients like a bother rather than with the dignity and respect that YOU signed a contract stating you would. I don’t know if you all are required to complete customer service trainings, but all of the front desk associates across all offices could benefit from this.

I was able to go into the trumbull office right a way! I I saw a PA who seemed very knowledgeable! They took X rays and he said it was either a tendon or ligamate or torn Menescus, This was on 01/06/2026 He did not look at my knee! I had a follow up appointment for 01/15/20:6 After being in pain for 4 days I called and ask to be seen sooner they said they had nothing, but put me on the cancellation list! That was Friday 01/09/2026 I wasn’t waiting so I called orthopedics specialty group I got in 01/12/2026 I saw Dr Fitzgibbons. He drained 32 ccs of fluid from my Knee! I question if that should have been done on 1/6/26,

Here's an updated review. The staff is very nice and professional. But does a large, orthopedic practice with Physical Therapy, put their PT on the second floor, at the far end of the hall, with no handrails or benches, for people recovering from major surgery and barely able to walk, or unsteady, like they do at CT Orthopedics in Trumbull, CT? No joke. They really do this. That's why I stopped going for PT there. And don't think I didn't mention this to all of the staff, on both floors, virtually every time I went for PT over past several years. I own a large homecare agency and KNOW THAT SO MANY OF THE PEOPLE THAT FELL, ARE FALL RISKS, FROM MEDICATION, PRIOR INJURIES. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE HAVING TO WALK ALL THE WAY TO THE END OF THE SECOND FLOOR FOR PT AND OT. IN A LONG HALL WITH NO HAND

I was not aware that there was a walk-in for orthopedic issues so this was a very welcome visit and much needed.
