My experience with this gastroenterology practice was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic accountability from both the doctors and staff was unacceptable. After voicing valid concerns about my care and posting an honest review, I was quietly discharged—without any notice, explanation, or follow-up. It’s hard not to assume that the moment you speak out about the poor care you receive, they simply remove you as a patient instead of addressing the issue. No one even bothered to inform me. The last time I heard from anyone was when my colonoscopy and endoscopy were canceled. After that—radio silence.
