Connecticut GI: Bristol

I had an appointment last week and my car wouldn't start, the office was nice enough to schedule a video appointment (especially for a first time patient). The doctor listened to all my concerns and symptoms and scheduled the proper tests to evaluate my condition. I am very satisfied already and have never been to the office.

The nurse came in-said wrong room- came back- it was me she was looking for .. in this room. She called in a script… I’m already taking that medication!!! I found this out when it was delivered. She said see you in 3 weeks. I went to check out. The receptionist at check out wanted me too schedule a follow up in 6 months. I asked is that want the chart said? She got up to locate chart. It was terrible. I will never go back. It was like going to the circus and the clowns were the staff.

Staff friendly and helpful. Didn't have to wait long to see the doctor who was friendly and helpful. Great first experience.

Wished my provider was more detailed with results/ follow- up/ questions. Incorrect information presented at appointment vs what was recorded in my procedure report

I absolutely LOVE Dr Zakko! Dr Zakko is knowledgeable, kind, patient, a good “listener “ who takes the time to thoroughly explain any medical conditions or procedures. I highly recommend this fantastic doctor.
