Conklin building

I just wanna share my experience at the Conklin building fifth floor. I was admitted there Thursday discharged today. And I would love to say that the staff from security guard to reception to nurses to patient aids to cleaning people to nutrition. Everyone was awesome friendly caring made you feel like you’re at home no judgments no rudeness it was a pleasure. I felt honestly like I was staying at a retreat and people were taking care of me. That’s how good the staff there is. I want to take time and tell the staff to keep up the great job. They were amazing to all my nurses. Patient care coordinators. You guys took really good care of me and I appreciate you all thank you for helping me with my journey to heal. Love your patient Daisy. 8/2025

If I could separate the night nurses from the day. Day nurses would be a 10/5 recommend a raise for them all on the 5th floor! Vanessa, Skylar, Salma! All amazing nurses that went above and beyond when a few 3 night nurses and 2 PC-A decided they didn't want to do their jobs. Night nurses, 0/5 Do better 2nd shift.

The fifth floor of the Conklin building has The worst care I’ve seen ever. Unfortunately my father is there and one thing after another, has happened with his meds. They forget to give him meds, they change his meds, they don’t give him enough meds. There is not one point person to talk to the nurses do not answer call bells even when alarms go off. No one comes in. I have seen better care from my veterinary hospital than I have in this place. Do yourself a favor. Do not go here. You can bet there will be complaints lodged with the state regarding this hospital

My husband was there for a few days had to take him out they would leave him sit in his urine when I’d come visit I’d bathe him all most nurses do is laugh talk walk around yet complain they are short staffed I .need to find out the director number. I was doing the nurse job I don’t know how the working there the are NOT PROFESSIONAL this nurse name Debra 7/2/22 are rud you are not professional . Everyone at front all the nurse are talking doing nothing definitely I don’t recommend.

Thank you so much for helping my Mother and I through a difficult time. You are ALL wonderful. Best of the best nurses doctors and medical aids. All the other Staff members are top notch also. Your help and kindness is greatly appreciated.
