Brooke is fantastic at what she does! I am in the third trimester of my first pregnancy and have been experiencing some foot issues because of it - as well as the typical pelvic pressure that’s to be expected. Brooke was able to show me some exercises that I felt improved my foot pain within a matter of days and she also helped me with pelvic exercises to prepare for my upcoming birth. She creates a very welcoming, yet professional environment and always makes sure to get consent before any contact. Overall, I couldn’t recommend her services more highly.

Dr. Conkin is an exceptional pelvic health therapist—both deeply knowledgeable and genuinely caring. She consistently took the time to check in with me as a whole person, not just a patient, and tailored each session thoughtfully. Her clean, well-equipped facility and thorough diagnostic approach made me feel confident and supported throughout my care. I’m truly grateful for her dedication and the practical, effective exercises she provided after every visit. I would definitely recommend visiting if you have any questions about pelvic health - it has been 100% worth it for me.

I can’t recommend Dr Conkin enough. Conkin Pelvic Health has been a total Godsend for me. I love the personal, individualized treatment and the serene, private studio. I prefer the private setting so much more than a big clinic or hospital setting. Dr Conkin helped me heal Diastasis Recti and recover from my last pregnancy and birth. I’m so grateful.

I just cannot say enough good things about Dr. Brooke Conkin. She is very attentive and has spent a significant amount of time with me listening and talking with me. Her birth prep session was over the top helpful. She even emailed me days after my sessions to check in with everything. Very personable and catered to my needs. She was also willing to work around my less-than-ideal schedule and accommodate that I could only do 1-2 sessions pre-baby. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing pelvic floor PT for any reason, and especially in preparation for labor and delivery. I believe that all women need to utilize this service at some point in their lives.
