Congress Pharmacy

I went this afternoon to pick up my nine year-old son’s prescription The blonde girl that works in the front as a cashier thinks she runs the whole pharmacy. She was being annoying by my son that was crying because he’s sick , she roll her eyes to a nine year-old She’s very disrespectful and rude. You ask her a question and she gives you attitude. She has no class no customer service worst cashiers ever 👎🏽

Wow! Talk about RUDE. I was treated like a dirty homeless begger. Thankfully only one persecution there.going elsewhere.

Worst Pharmacy Ever. Family and I Been with them for almost 10 years because they were the closest to us, plus it wasn’t as bad before but it has gotten worst, the new pharmacist is very rude and dismissive & so are his co workers. The only polite woman there is the Ecuadorian or Mexican looking pretty lady with glasses ( if I am not mistaking) she’s been there since the beginning and she’s just the cashier there but I’m sure she makes everyone’s experience so much better with her kindness. Thankfully there’s a new pharmacy in town closer to us & that is were my family and I will choose to go from now on.

"I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from this pharmacy. Despite being a loyal customer who brings significant business to their store, they made a shocking error with my medication. They gave my prescription to someone else, and now they've backordered my medication, leaving me without the treatment I need. To make matters worse, when I tried to address this issue with a staff member, I was met with rudeness and disrespect. The person I spoke with hung up on me and then abruptly put me on hold without warning. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a business that's supposed to prioritize its customers' health and well-being. I expect a higher level of care and competence from my pharmacy. Until they can demonstrate a commitment

The workers are rude and Very hard to deal with! Their inconsistent attitude towards customers with their already existing language barriers makes it even harder to deal. I would NOT RECOMMEND this pharmacy at all.
