Confidia™ Health Institute

I saw Katelyn this time around and she was great. She listened and advised and prescribed. Everyone in the office is very nice and good at their jobs. Dr Greene is wonderful. He’s innovative and knowledgeable and not afraid to think outside the box. He lets me have a say in any treatment and gives me natural options to treat any issues I may have. I am generally opposed to taking any long term medications and he respects that choice.

I had a routine appointment with Sherri and casually mentioned that I thought I may have a hernia. She examined me and recommended that I get an ultrasound. I had the ultrasound in the morning and by noon Sherri called me and wanted me to comeinto the office that same day. When I got there, she had everything prepared to get me into surgery as quickly as possible. I so appreciate her thoroughness and sincere care for my well-being. She didn’t skip a beat.

From start to finish the experience was flawless. Staff and providers were professional, caring, attentive, and made sure I was completely comfortable and knowledgeable of the procedure. I have been (working with) confidia for quite a while now. This is a partnership. They make sure I'm informed and develop a plan for my health and fitness needs. They do not have a one size fits all approach.

I had moved to Southington and was looking for a new doctor to help manage my Bio Identical Hormones. Amazingly, Confidia Health was walking distance from my new home, and they took a unique approach to balancing my hormones post menopause. Eventually, I ended up with Katelyn Lobnow, who I just adore. She doesn’t treat my lab results, she instead treats me as a person inquiring about how I feel at various doses. She listens and respects my input regarding my health. I gained so much respect for hher knowledge, compassion, and relatability that I have taken her on as my GP. She does not disappoint. I have not seen any of the other providers here, but I certainly have a lot of confidence in Katelyn, PA

Texting is the best way to reach someone in the office and I’m never waiting long for a response. They also have very good communication when something is needed to be done. Dr. Lobnow is a very nice, caring, and understanding provider. I have no complaints with Confidia in Bristol.
