I have been going to Confidential Smiles since the very beginning. Actually I been going there way back when Dr. Block was there. Anywho, I recently had a dental emergency and it required a few visits. Dr. Jensen was awesome. I don’t know how else to describe her and her team they were able to accommodate me get me in right away. Take great care of me and even when I had to go back a few times it was no problems getting in. By the time they were finished with me, I felt like I knew the team so well that I could invite them to the cookout. That is just how comfortable they made me feel so if you ever need a really great dentist, Dr. Jensen and her team are awesome. IThank you so much Dr. Jensen for taking care of me

Love the dentist and Hygienists but a lot left to be desired on the business end. I have been a patient for many years. I went for my cleaning June 2025, after I received a huge bill for stuff 1 to 2 years old. It hadn’t been submitted to insurance correctly. Got it worked out and paid my portion. Never was I told I am now out of network. Fast forward 5 to 6 months, I go to my cleaning in December, all is well not a word about balances. Imagine my surprise when first week of January I get a bill for almost $200 that is flag as overdue by greater than 90 days. I call the office to inquire thinking it had to do with the previous missed billing to insurance etc. No. I was told that was my portion of the cleaning fee. I find it very shady I wasn’t ever sent a bill for this prior to my December

Dr. Jensen and her staff are very professional. warm, and comforting, they made my visit oh so pleasant, I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you. Dr Jensen and her staff are awesome, I was seen yesterday and they made me feel so relaxed for what I had to have done. I love them Dani is an angel . She really helped me through it all. I recommend them to everyone.

Dr Jensen has been outstanding. I’ve known her since she was in dental school and my family and I have been going to her ever since she earned her license despite more convenient practices. Further, we LOVE our hygienist, Sam! We book our appointments exclusively with her. Thank you Sam and Dr J! ❤️
