Avoid this facility at all costs! My in network doctor - Dina Israelov without my consent sent the blood test to out of network laboratory. This is illegal under NY State law and considered a surprise bill. Reporting this instance to NY Finance department. The medical assistant, who actually sent the test out of network is super unprofessional and because of her now I have to deal with all this nonsense! Super frustrated at this point I wish the $1.2k bill was deducted from the medical assistant paycheck for her incompetence. Maybe next time she would use her brain before sending the blood species out of network.

Dina Israelov - I don’t recommend her at all! My analysis are wrong! She put there that I am 66 y.o.(I am 26) and the clinic made analysis for 66 y.o. All information was wrong for me! When I said that, they just fixed my age and that’s it! And it was different than original one!!! They did fake document-results for me! They work just to make money, about the patient they don’t care at all! Don’t go! You will regret!!! Unprofessional Dina Israelov!

Doctors are nice but reception are rude. Need more training in customer service and more respectful towards patients.

I will admit that waiting is too long, but the doctor I have is good so far.
