You can see the only time they respond it's to the ppl that left a good review. No apologies or for the ppl they ignored or treated poorly. Last time I was there, I was in the waiting room for 3 days waiting for a room to open up. There was an older woman there the entire time who was clearly unwell. The entire waiting room smelled like filth. They completely ignored the poor woman for hours on end to lie like that. The ER will push you out as fast as possible and they're fast to make their minds up about what's wrong with you. Often ignoring symptoms to fit their diagnosis. If your in the area and you absolutely need a hospital, go to Windber. I don't doubt the nurses would appreciate it.

They did nothing for me for a 5 day stay with them and I told them. I had these issues that have been by another doctor verified. But they still didn't address the issues so I signed myself out.

Absolutely a wonderful hospital. I would recommend to anyone that needs any test possible imaginable done. I came in not being able to breath right they immediately got me in and ran all kinds of tests on me. Calmed my mind and they were very sweet to me. Treated me very nice and didn’t make fun of me when I almost passed out when they took my blood, haha. Great place, great atmosphere, very quick as well when needing to get in. If I could I give this a 6 star rating. Awesome .

The cardiac division of this hospital is absolutely amazing. I went there for a second opinion and I wish I would have went there first. The doctors were amazing. They actually care about their patients and the nursing staff does not get enough credit. Those people were awesome. I thank them for saving my life. They dont get the recognition they deserve

The staff seems nice. But that hospital is filthy. There was dirt and food all over the floors. Dried blood on the floor. Especially going through COVID right now you think they'd take extra caution keeping that place clean. Disgusting!
