Labs are always in and out very quickly and every staff person I have ever dealt with is amazingly kind! The portal is awesome and easy to use as well.

My review is for the amazing lady who works in the coffee/bakery/deli shop on the first floor. Because I use a walker and are unable to carry anything I asked if she would carry my coffee and sweet roll to the table. She did but then went over and beyond that !!! Unfortunately I didn't get her name but please give her a shout out!!

Have had an excellent experience with my son getting 2 MRI’s. They were incredibly helpful from attempting to get the scripts from the doctors office, to getting him scheduled quickly, to moving his appointment sooner due to weather, to getting the results to the physician in a timely manner. They also treated him very well during both procedures. All around very pleased. They have done a great job!

I prepaid for the “discounted” rate here prior to a test. I was provided a receipt. I was then billed again and told that payment was “lost”. I have spoke to way too many people with no resolution even after providing a receipt from the facility and the credit card statement. Months later I’m still dealing with billing issues

The wait time for lab work is beyond ridiculous. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I had to comment on how terrible the lab work experience is here. I've waited over an hour to make it past the waiting rooms every time I've been here. Today there was one person ahead of me in the registration waiting room and it took me a ridiculous amount of time to even get past that point. Everyone in the waiting room with me currently is frustrated and starting to leave. I will be going elsewhere for lab work from now on.
